110 candidates file papers in Attock

As many as 110 candidates including 27 for two National assembly seats and 83 for five Provincial assembly seats in Attock district have filed their nomination papers for the forth-coming general elections.
The district having population of almost two million has six tehsils which include Attock , Jand, Hasanabdal, Hazro, Fatehjang, Pindigheb and Fatehjang where there are 1,210,741 registered voters which include 639,642 male and 571,099 females.
As per the details for NA-55 Attock I, total 15 candidates have filed their nomination papers prominent among them are the former Federal Minister Aftab Ahmad, former State Minister Saleem Haider, former District Nazim Attock Tahir Sadiq.
For NA-56 Attock II total 12 candidates have filed their nomination papers prominent among them are Former State Minister Sardar Saleem Haider, former District Nazim Attock Tahir Sadiq, former MNA Aetbar Khan, Sohail Khan.
Meanwhile for PP I Attock I, total 15 candidates have filed their nomination papers prominent among them are Former State Minister Aftab Ahmed, Former MPA Ejaz Hussain Bokhari, Salman Sarwar and Yawar Bokhari.
For PP 2 Attock II total nine candidates prominently the former Provincial Minister Jahangir Khanzada, Qazi Ahmad Akbar and Changez Khan filed their nomination papers.
Total 23 candidates including Former State Minister Amin Aslam, Former MPA Shavez Khan, Former MNA Zain Elahi, Former State Minister Sardar Saleem Haider and former MPA Muhammad Ali filed papers for PP 3 Attock III.
While for PP 4 Attock IV, 15 candidates prominent among them are former State Minister Saleem Haider, Former Provincial Minister Sher Ali and former Provincial Minister Anwar Khan, PP 5 Attock V total 21 candidates have filed their nomination papers and prominently the former MPA Malik Zafar Iqbal, former MPA Pir Abbas Mohyu Deen, former Vice-Chairman District Council Attock Jamshed Altaf and former Union Council Nazim Chhab Khan Wazir Khattak alias KWK.
