IHC orders to unfreeze Hamid Saeed Kazmi’s bank accounts

Islamabad High Court (IHC) while rejecting FIA request has ordered to restore the accounts of former federal minister Hamid Saeed Kazmi .
FIA has requested IHC decision has been challenged in Supreme Court (SC). IHC has arrested former federal Minister in Hajj corruption case so his accounts cannot be restored.
The lawyer of Hamid Seed Kazmi, Shahbaz Latif Khosa told the court while giving arguments that not restoring the accounts even after a year of acquittal of his client is a contempt of court.
A single member bench comprising of Justice Gul Hassan Aurangzeb has disposed of the petition after hearing the arguments from both sides.
Judge has ordered FIA to restore the accounts of former federal minister immediately. Staff Report
