RECIPE: Bohri Laosi

1/2kg rice

1 pao jaggery (molasses)

¾ cardamoms


Cook rice till little unfinished. Remember to add salt.

Make chashni of jaggery (molasses)

and add cardamom

Pour chashni of jaggery (molasses)

over rice and cook on low fire(dum) till fully cooked.

Eat with daal and cachumber
